 Doors (Interior & Exterior):
   
door does not fit the frame.jpg (21621 bytes) We find numerous problems with doors. This door does not fit in the frame.  This problem was caused by poor craftsmanship by the installer. There can be all kinds of problems with doors. From weather-striping to deterioration.
   
wpe5.jpg (15176 bytes) This is a interior door being used as an exterior door. As you can see, the door is deteriorated. Interior doors will not hold up to the harsh elements, not to mention the wear and tear in a high traffic door.  Additionally, an outside door is required to be a metal-clad and/or solid core door. 
   
Det garage door.jpg (19581 bytes) This is a deteriorated garage door. A little maintenance and some paint would have gone a long way to prevent this.
   
Attic door.jpg (13366 bytes) This is an attic door that does not seal. The door is not properly installed. Hot attic air is being pulled into the return air system and into the living quarters. Pretty expensive way to ventilate the attic!
   
Door in middle of curb stop.jpg (52459 bytes) This door falls in the middle of an undersized curb stop in the garage.
