Limited Visual Inspection: 

Windows
With problems such as mold and water penetration, one would think builders would follow the manufacturer's installation instructions when installing windows. Sadly enough, most builders do not even come close to the installation instructions, AAMA 2400 .02 Standards or their own Building Standards such as Texas Association of Builders Building Standards Initiatives.  
We find most building superintendents, city building inspectors, and a good portion of private inspectors do not even know what the bare minimum Building Standards are or what they mean. Below are a few photos of poor building practices that I see every day.
