	This is a drain on a patio that is located on the high side of the patio. The improperly installed drain will allow for ponding water on the patio; until it gets deep enough to reach the drain.

	This is a Builder's idea of a patio. The patio was poured up to the bottom of the weep holes in the brick of the structure. This is like opening a door for wood destroying insects to enter the structure. If this home was being sold as a resale property it would be considered to have *conducive (conditions) to wood consuming insects* and would most likely be required to be treated prior to closing of the sale. Unfortunately, same scenario does not apply to builders.

	This patio is a built-in water trap. The patio grading was incorrect when the patio was poured.

	This is a sunken pool deck. The deck is a trip hazard.
