A Sample Report

As part of our services, our clients are furnished with an in-depth report of our findings of the inspection.  The client will receive a Buyer's Copy; complete with digital photographs that complement our detailed observations.  The photos will show the actual defects in question. Inspection Concepts was the first inspection company in the bay area to incorporate digital photos in reports. We are still the only company to use full   8"x10" color photos detailing major defects found!  Other companies may try to emulate our reports; but none match our construction background and quality of our reports!

In addition to the Buyer's Copy, the client will also receive a Summary Report which can be given to the Real Estate Agent and/or Seller so that the defects found can be designated for repair. 

Detailed in the Inspection Report will be all our observations and opinions. This is not just another Inspection Report. This is a detailed presentation; and enables you the Buyer with greater negotiating power!
